About the role Do you want to step in as an interim consultant in a role where you can drive the development of future energy services – and make an immediate impact? Future People is now looking for a qualified and responsible interim colleague for a maternity cover with one of our clients in the energy sector.

The assignment is placed in a Nordic organization where you will have a coordinating and driving responsibility in a rapidly growing area: flex – products and services related to smart energy usage for the B2C market.

The flex area includes, among other things:

• smart control of electric vehicle charging (incl. V2X)

• batteries

• solar panels

• heat pumps

This is an assignment for you who thrive in a dynamic environment where working methods and processes are continuously evolving, and where you can create direction, structure, and momentum in an area with many dependencies and stakeholders.

As interim Flex Lead, you will be responsible for driving and developing the flex area within Customer Solutions Nordic. You will ensure common direction and prioritization at the Nordic level, drive the roadmap and initiatives, and shape collaborations with both cross-functional teams and external partners.

You will also support a team within New Propositions in broader product and service development related to future energy services.

The role also involves participating in strategic forums related to the development of new offerings.

• Ensure strong collaboration and alignment within the flex area at the Nordic level

• Update and further develop the flex strategy, prioritization model, and roadmap

• Conceptualize, initiate, and drive initiatives and projects within the flex business

• Lead work on offering development and commercial packaging

• Strengthen the team's capabilities within the business area and develop working methods and processes

• Show how AI and digital tools can be used to support product development and concept design

• Inspire and challenge the team to think innovatively about products, services, and future business opportunities

• At least 5–7 years of experience in business or product development, preferably in combination with product management

• Experience in product and service development of digital solutions in combination with hardware

• Strong commercial thinking and experience in B2C businesses

• Ability to coordinate and drive forums, working groups, and steering groups

• Experience working in complex and rapidly changing environments with many stakeholders and dependencies

• A confident and clear communication style – you build trust and drive progress

• Experience from energy-related ecosystems, smart homes, or other solution-based digital services with hardware components

• Experience in agile environments and cross-functional teams (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)

• Practical experience with AI tools in development or design processes (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, Copilot, Figma AI, Notion AI)

• Experience with business testing, MVP development, or experiment-based product development (Design Thinking, Value Proposition Design, etc.)
